Shipping Time : Once your order has been processed, shipping time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout and your location. it typically take 7 working days for orders to reach at your doorsteps. Orders can be shipped faster if put into express deliver ( Additional charges may be applied and can only be placed if available).
Delivery : We use reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or times. Please allow for potential delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and customs fees. Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return a product. Below is our exchange and return policy:
We at SIA do not provide any exchange and return once the order is processed from our side to ensure smooth processing of every orders made to us. Kindly choose the product after confirming the your likings and size that fits you. Note that once the payment has been made, no refund will be processed and the product will be processed. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund. No additional shipping cost will be charged for the return and replacement of the defective and damaged products. If you have choose for replacement of the defective and damaged product, the replacement product will be shipped once the damaged or defective product is received at our facility and checked by our team. It may take few days to process the replacement product after receiving the damaged and defective product.
